Our aim is to ensure the proper functioning of the treatment plants through monitoring, the proactive optimisation of processes and a customised management programme. Our comprehensive service covers all the necessary operations: Maintenance, Supply of Chemical Products and Replacement Parts, and Analytical Controls.
We have designed software facilitating the online information of all the operations we perform in the plant so that our client is informed in real time through the Internet of all the actions carried out in their installations, with all the information recorded on a database. This information technology is completed by a multi-parameter data collection system that informs our experts online via GPS, in any location, of the proper functioning of the plant.
We have developed customised services according to the needs and expectations of our clients, whilst considerably reducing our management costs: taxes and fees, insurance premiums, chemical products, repairs, energy, waste, penalties and health and safety risks.
TECHNICAL AUDIT
Study of installations, initial diagnosis, report proposing improvements and customised design of work and maintenance methodology.
Study of water and sludge, analysis, Jar-test and vessel trials, bioengineering, bio-efficiency and biodegradability studies, optimisation of physico-chemical and biological treatments.
Study of energy efficiency and reuse of resources, recycling of waters, waste evaluation and consumption reduction.
MAINTENANCE
Predictive: by using instruments for diagnosis, analysis, verification and calibration, we reduce stoppage time, prevent losses of production and optimise the management of maintenance staff in a planned way.
Preventive: We create a technical inventory with manuals, maps, and characteristics of the equipment. We design technical procedures for periodic works, carrying out an exhaustive monitoring of frequency indicating the date the work is done. We record all the repairs, replacement parts and costs that aid in planning with the goal of favouring the reliability and durability of the equipment.
Corrective: Rapid response capacity for correcting breakdowns and failures when they happen

WATER TREATMENT
Physico-chemical and microbiological tests with the aim of controlling the processes and treatments, guaranteeing public health, compliance with environmental and sanitary regulations, and ensuring the preservation of the installations through an approved laboratory.
