    - The commitment by SERVYECO Grupo management to the best professional practices and the quality of services and products we offer to our clients.


    - Ensuring that our products and services satisfy all the needs and expectations of the client, with the aim of making them loyal and regular clients.

    - Understand to the greatest possible extent the nature of the problem we were required for, making sure of the appropriateness of the approach, recognising the limitations and discussing them with the user or client for their acceptance.

    - Cooperate with the client to clarify their requests and supervise the activity of the department involved in performing the work, always guaranteeing confidentiality.

    - Use the appropriate criteria
    in all aspects related to manufacturing products and services.

    - Guarantee that the client is clearly
    and unambiguously aware of the reports and products.

    - Encourage all personnel connected with services and products to become familiar with the quality documentation and introduce the policies and procedures in their work, promoting teamwork, training and ensuring this policy is understood within the organisation.

    - Systematically establish and review Quality Goals
    which are measurable and consistent with this Quality Policy, ensuring continual improvement in efficiency of the Quality Management System.
